When the sensor detects that the detected object is close to the shooting center of the camera, it will send the trigger pulse to the image acquisition card;
The image acquisition card will send the starting pulse to the lighting system and camera respectively according to the preset program and delay;
A startup pulse is sent to the camera, the camera ends the current photo and starts a new photo, or the camera is in a waiting state before the arrival of the startup pulse, and starts after detecting the startup pulse. Before starting a new photo, the camera opens the exposure components (the esposure time is set in advance); Another startup pulse is sent to the light source, which needs to be turned on for a time that matches the camera's exposure time; the camera scans and outputs an image;
The image acquisition card receives the signal and digitizes the analog signal through A/D conversion, or directly receives the digital video data digitized by the camera;
The image acquisition card stores the digital image in the memory of the computer;
The computer processes, analyzes and recognizes the images to obtain the detection results;
Control the movement of the pipeline, carry out positioning and correct the error of the movement, etc.
