The one-button image measuring instrument is a new image measuring technology. Through a telecentric lens with a large Angle of view and depth of field, the one-button image measuring instrument reduces the product, contour image by several times or tens of times, and then transfers it to a high-resolution CCD camera with several million pixels for digital processing. Then the backstage drawing and measuring software with strong computing power is used to quickly grab the product contour according the pre-programmed instructions. Finally, the size of the product is calculated after comparing with the scale formed by the tiny pixels of the high pixel camera, and the size tolerance is evaluated at the same time.
